Essential Job Functions
•    Manage front-end operations at all retail store locations.
•    Supervise and develop the management team.
•    Oversee the front-end marketing team.
•    Supervise front-end buying/category management.
•    Manage warehouse/cross dock operations.
•    Supervise the OTC/prescription delivery program.
•    Oversee maintenance, repairs, and services at all company facilities.
•    Handle purchasing of front-end merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
•    Execute and complete store remodels, revisions, and new store set-ups.  
•    Manage front-end P&L, growth, and other financial and business initiatives.
•    Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
•    Maintain a positive portrayal of the company’s image.
•    Adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies of the employer.
