Position Details: 

Essential Job Functions

  • Accounts Payable entry duties as assigned
  • Generate weekly check batches for signature/EFT payment processing
  • Balance EFT banking payments
  • Enter and balance Credit Card transactions
  • Process daily operating reports from retail stores
  • General Ledger entry as assigned
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist store staff with problems and issues related to daily reports
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as requested
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Portrays the company in a positive image
  • Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer
Skills: 
  • Requirements
  • Minimum two-year associates degree in accounting or comparable work experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good customer service skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during shift hours
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and light manual tasks
