Position Details:
Essential Job Functions
- Accounts Payable entry duties as assigned
- Generate weekly check batches for signature/EFT payment processing
- Balance EFT banking payments
- Enter and balance Credit Card transactions
- Process daily operating reports from retail stores
- General Ledger entry as assigned
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist store staff with problems and issues related to daily reports
- Assist with various projects and tasks as requested
- Works well in a team environment
- Portrays the company in a positive image
- Required to abide by all rules, regulations and policies of the employer
Skills:
- Requirements
- Minimum two-year associates degree in accounting or comparable work experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Good organizational skills
- Good customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during shift hours
- Frequent bending, reaching, and light manual tasks
