Position Details: 

As a Business Analyst for Hartig Drug Company you will develop creative solutions for real business challenges in pharmacy and retail operations.  You will collaborate on multi-function projects to identify areas for improvement.  You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems while also identifying benefits for enabling new capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of projects throughout the Hartig Drug Company
  • Execute report generation and analyze data in support of project needs
  • Analyze corresponding data to effectively recommend system and operation procedure changes, enhancements, development of functional specifications or interface opportunities with costs and return on investment summarized to your direct supervisor
  • Analyze and load data to company systems
  • Audit and define metrics and data to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Contribute to planning opportunities designed to migrate manual work activity

Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to resolve problematic issues in an efficient manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional presentation abilities
  • Ability to learn about a highly complex healthcare and regulatory environment
